Refund Policy
1. General
This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which Harbinger Enterprises ("Company") may issue refunds for Services purchased via www.harbhost.shop. By purchasing any Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Eligible Services
Refunds are available only for the following Services:
- Shared Hosting
- Reseller Hosting
Refunds shall not be provided for:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers;
- Add-ons (e.g., SSL certificates, email services, etc.); or
- Any Service dependent on third-party service providers.
3. Refund Window
Eligible Services may be cancelled and refunded within three (3) days from the date of purchase, provided the Service has not been used in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
4. Refund Mode and Credit
Approved refunds will be processed as credits to the customer's HarbHost account. Such credits shall remain valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. If a user opts for a refund to the original payment method, only 50% of the eligible amount will be refunded, and processing timelines may vary depending on the payment processor.
No refunds will be issued after the expiry of the 3-day window or for services suspended due to violations or non-payment.
5. Request Procedure
To request a refund, the customer must contact legal@harbhost.shop within the applicable window, mentioning the invoice number and reason for cancellation. Harbinger Enterprises reserves the right to verify claims and reject any request that does not meet the conditions of this Policy.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at its discretion. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
